After fermenting, the wine stands on its lees for three months with regular stirring or batonnages to add structure, creaminess and longevity to the finished result.
Garnatxa blanca is a fresh, honest and balanced wine. A splendidly expressive nose offers citrus and fruity aromas as well as Mediterranean herbs. Very fresh in the mouth, with an elegant and lively acidity.
