Harvested by hand. Only the first part of the pressed must, the “mosto flor” (free-run juice). Natural spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks. After fermenting, the wine stands on its lees for three months with regular stirring or batonnages to add structure, creaminess and longevity to the finished result.
Garnatxa blanca is a fresh, honest and balanced wine. A splendidly expressive nose offers citrus and fruity aromas as well as Mediterranean herbs. Very fresh in the mouth, with an elegant and lively acidity.
